Hypnosis is nothing more than deep relaxation. I experienced it about 15 yrs ago, and I knew that I had to learn it so I could share it with others. I use self-hypnosis for relaxation. It’s no different than yoga or meditation. I use it when I’m having a painful injection in my knee, or having a tooth drilled. It’s great! I can teach you to do the same thing.
Hypnosis is relaxing your body from head to toe under my direction.Then I will tell you a story that takes your imagination to a beautiful and peaceful place. You may choose your own “safe place”. You can visualize any place you want to go, and I can take you there. At any time during hypnosis you can sit up and stop, you can answer questions, or you could just get up and leave if you want. You are not being controlled, by any means.
